HP ENVY 5030
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear all,

i am really frustrated with the Printer HP Envy 5030. I cant reset the error Message  0XB86DC646. I tried to **bleep** it doesn't work. What can i do? I need to print a document and now i see the limits of the digital world.

I tried everything (Turn Off, Reset to  factory...) but this message pops up again and again.

I am very close to throw this printer in the trash bin and buy another brand.
