Here are the links which may help you to resolve the issue you need to do the watch videos as it comes and follow the steps:

 

Reset or restore your HP printer | HP Support

 

Restore printer factory settings using the HP app | HP printers

 

after that you need to reinstall the Printer from HP App.

 

Update printer firmware | HP printers | HP Support
