Help!  We can’t get past the part of connecting our brand new printer.   We select the printer and then we receive the error message of

  • Check if the network is working correctly by connecting other devices.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Updating the firmware can fix various issues and improve overall performance.

Reinstall Printer Software:
