Product: Hp OfficeJet 200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Just bought an HP OfficeJet 200, (HP30B074). It refuses to install on my computer but installed on my wife's computer without any hesitation (on the same wireless network). The error message for me was "drivers unavailable" on Windows and "not fixed" in HP Diagnose and Fix. I have tried all the recommended fixes over the last two days and I am not getting it print from my computer. I would be grateful for any suggestions from the community.
