Printer Info:
Below is the error I receive when printing any document to HP Tango printer:
Printer report form HP Smart app prints fine. Appears report is not sent to queue where error is occurring.
Printing from other devices to HP Tango printer such as Iphone X and Dell laptop works fine.
Have gone through all the online suggested fixes with no success.

Hi,
Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

This seems like a communication failure through a wireless connection.
Please print and evaluate a Wireless Test Report:

Is there any warning or alert indicated by the report?
How is the listed signal quality?
How far is the printer from your router? ensure it is not too far, but also not closed than 2 meters away.
Also, make sure that your PC and the printer are both connected to the same network name (SSID)
Finally, please restart the printer and run the tool again, may you see any difference?

How far is the printer from your router? ensure it is not too far, but also not closed than 2 meters away. 5 meters
Also, make sure that your PC and the printer are both connected to the same network name (SSID): Verified
Finally, please restart the printer and run the tool again, may you see any difference? Restarted, no difference.
Again: From HP Smart app all the reports print fine. From any other app the print job is stuck in the queue with status: "Error - Printing".
