I have a printing plan including instant ink supply for my HP ENVY 4520 All-In-One Printer

I have an ongoing error on the black cartridge of the printer. I have completed, several times, all of the suggested fixes offered to correct the problem, nothing has provided a long term solution, but then the error message returns.

This has left with one other solution, replace the black cartridge, I cannot because I haven’t been supplied with a replacement, and one will not be sent because of the error on the cartridge!

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hello,

 

Im sorry to say that the problem isnt solved. After reveiving the new cartridges i put changed the black one. But the printer is still gives the message: non-compartible cartrigde....
