Hp office jet pro 6978
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Error code 0x6100004a the printer says to clear paper jam. No paper jamb. Also says shut not improperly. The printer carriage will not move to ink change area. It stays at the right side,so I can not check the ink cartridges.I did install new colour cartridges a week ago and did print with them. Put nothing works with this error code.
