Hi @Jacques30,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Error code 59.04.00 on an HP printer typically indicates a fuser drive issue or a problem with the print cartridge motor. It often means the motor isn't rotating the fuser at the correct speed or is locked up.

Try the requested details:

1. Power Cycle the Printer: Turn the printer off and wait for a few seconds, then turn it back on.

2. Check for Paper Jams: Carefully inspect the fuser area for any paper jams or obstructions.

3. Power Source: Make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a power strip or UPS.

4. Check the Print Cartridge: If the error persists, try replacing the print cartridge with a new, genuine HP cartridge.

5. Fuser Motor: If the problem continues, the fuser motor might be faulty and require replacement.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
