Error code 89E60200 cannot be resolved

I get the error 89E60200 on the printer screen along with a power button symbol. I have done the turn off/on, the unplug/plug etc. When I looked into the cartridge area, the carriage won't move at all so I can't check the cartridges. Help?

Hi @arand, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer where the print carriage is stuck with an error code on the printer screen. 

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
