HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3788 All-in-One Printer

Cannot connect new Printer (HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3788 All-in-One Printer) to HP Smart App during setup (Both Mobile Phone and Windows). Always showing same Error code EBS00P0004. I have followed all instructions for all steps, Every time the error code showing in last step. Please advise the solution.

I see that your HP Printer is not connecting to the wi-fi network during setup.

 

Please follow the steps listed below to connect using USB cable and then change it to wireless.

Step 1: Connect using USB cable:

Please follow the steps in this document to connect the printer using the USB cable.

 

Step 2: Change from a USB connection to wireless:

Please follow the steps in this document to change from a USB connection to a wireless network.
