Product: HP Photosmart C4680 All-in-One Printer

Hi, every time I try to setup the above printer, I get the following error message. Please help.

I've been having the same issue. I'm using two Android devices (a Chromebook and a phone), and both get this issue. The linked HP support was useless; it just told me to try the things I'd already tried. When I finally called and talked to a human (through a number linked), I was told that I'd reached the wrong number -- that they only deal with Windows (the only prompt in the automated section asked if I was on IOS).
