Hello everyone,
I've a Officejet 8014 and recently it has received a new firmware update (with non-hp chip detection). But since this update, the printer displays an error code : 0XD8188468 KERNEL_EXEC_ST. It appears +/-5 min after power on.
I've tried with WiFi disabled, print with USB Cable and even disable hp web service.
Of course the printer has no more warranty but the problem appears after an HP update, then the issue has been made by them. Is there a way to downgrade the firmware? And if not, how can i contact them?
Thanks all

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand you get a 0x error in the middle of printing. Let us perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
