Envy 5052

I have an envy 5052 displaying error code OXC4EB8004 and all lights flashing. Ive tried to turn it off amd on many times. Ive left it unplugged for a week. You cant update firmware if you cant connect to printer in Any way due to being locked out. Nor can you update through the printer. Explain to me why i camt talk to a human being about this? This is ridiculous. Must be the internal timer saying times up time to buy a new one. Never buy hp again. Thats my advice. In fact maybe we should all start using pen and paper again. Never fails. And you certainly dont have to talk toba robot for hours expecting to finaly talk with a person amd then get deniend. Screw hp.
