Each time I try to print on my wireless HP Envy 4500, I get an error code. The code is OXB81 AB36A. I have tried turning both the computer and printer off, unhooking the back cord of the printer, and resetting the router. Any solutions for this?

Thanks for engaging in HP support Forums! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips! I understand you are getting "0X" error message on your HP Envy printer. Don't worry we'll work together to help you find a solution.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Have you tried to make any changes on the printer before the issue started?
Have you checked for any obstructions inside the printer?
Are you able to move the carriage freely?
Have you tried to update the printer firmware?
Did you try to disable IPV6?
In the meantime, let's try these steps here:
Perform a Hard reset on the printer and make sure that the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet and not to the surge protector.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Remove USB cable, if present.
Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
Step 2: Turn off IPv6
Use the control panel to turn off the IPv6 setting.
From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup
.
Touch Network Setup, and then touch Advanced Settings.
Turn off IPv6, and then touch Yes to confirm.
Alternatively, you can try to disabling IPV6 from the software:
Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to get the IP address.
Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
Go to "Network" tab - General - Select "Network protocols" - Select "Enable IPv4 only" (or similar) - Apply the settings.
Go to the “Network” tab – Click on “Wireless (802.11) – Then click on “Network address (IPv4)
Click on the radio button which says “Manual IP” and then click “Suggest a manual IP address” to give a manual IP address to your printer.
Click on radio button which says “Manual DNS Server” and under manual preferred type 8.8.8.8 and under manual alternate type 8.8.4.4 (This is Google DNS server address)
Restart the printer and the router once done.
You can also update the Firmware, you can directly update the printer firmware from the printer control panel or download the software from our HP support website,
If your printer connected wirelessly, make sure to temporary connect the device with USB and then follow the link to check for the latest firmware update if available for your printer, using this website. You might need a Windows PC to run the firmware.

Had error code on my HP ENVY 4500 PRINTER OXBO2EF9EO. Could not find any thing with that code but indirectly followed your suggestion to plug power cord into wall outlet and not power surge. Could not plug directly into wall, but plugged power cord into my APC BACK UPS SURGE PROTECTOR and that solved the problem.

Hello:
My printer stays in the "Now Printing" loop, after about 15 minutes, I get error code 0XB05C79DE. I have gone through all the HP resources but found nothing with this error code.
Troubleshooting steps taken:
1. Unplugged and plugged printer directly to the outlet
2. Uninstall printer and software and installed again
3. Performed "Stop Spooling and Start Spooling" both were successful
4. Deleted unused files from the windows -> systems32 -> spool -> PRINTER folder
5. Lifted printer and dropped on the floor as one of the users suggested unfortunately that didn't work for me.
I will like someone to please help. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Eno3
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's try these steps -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Have a great day!
