Hi all, I recently upgraded my printer from Photosmart 5510 to Envy 5540. I installed the new printer and deleted the old one. Since then, I get this error message whenever I start up the computer:
There is a problem starting: C:\Program Files\HP\HPPhotosmart5510series\bin\HPStatus BL.dll
The specific module could not be found
I have tried reinstalling the old printer, I have deleted it again, I have gone through HP troubleshooter....nothing!
Anyone has an idea? Thanks for your help.

Hi,
From File Exploer type %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup into the address bar and press Enter.
Delete the Monitor Ink Alerts shortcut of the Non-Existing printer and the error should no longer appear.
