Error on printer HP Officejet 4630 code 0XB8111C30 when give power

Hi, i use this printer regularly one time a week. I see that i have internet connection no good so i restart modem, and after i restart the connection with the online printer at home. I see an error code, i try to restart the printer. Nothing, i think that the code before was different but now this is the error. Every button is unable to use. The error 0XB8111C30 is always on the screen of printer. 

Anyone can explain what I have to do please?

This is one of the multitudes of errors a printer can produce when "things go wrong".

HP does not (at this writing) a list of definitions for individual error codes.

True - The solutions are limited - and yes, the error codes can change each time the printer starts.

Restart everything, including the router that controls your network
