HP OfficeJet Pro 8024e All-in-One Printer

I'm trying to set up my printer in the HP App. But If i try to connect it it shows me a message that I need to complete the set up before I can connect it to the app. I have tried everything but I dont understand what it wants me to set up. Everything is done.
Can anyone help?

Initial Hardware Setup:

  • Ensure that you've completed the initial hardware setup of your printer. This includes unboxing, loading paper, and installing ink cartridges.

Power and Network Connection:

  • Make sure your printer is properly connected to a power source and turned on.
  • Verify that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile device running the HP App.

Printer Display Screen Setup:

  • On the printer's control panel, ensure that you have followed any on-screen prompts to complete the basic setup. This may include language selection, setting up country/region, and setting the date and time.

HP Account:

  • Ensure you have created or logged into an HP account on the HP App. Some features require an account for full functionality.

Use the Latest Version of the HP App:

  • Ensure that you are using the latest version of the HP App. Check for updates on your app store.

Reboot Devices:

  • Sometimes a simple reboot can resolve connectivity issues. Try restarting your printer, mobile device, and your Wi-Fi router.
