I can print from the HP Smart App on my computer and also from my phone. However, I get an "expired certificate" message whenever I try to print directly from my computer. I have tried several of the remedies listed online, and none work.
To make matters more confusing, when I logged onto the HP Smart website, my Color Laser Jet Pro M477fdw does not show up as one of my printers (even though I can print from the HP Smart App). I am not particularly tech savvy and have perhaps messed things up further. Any help someone can provide would be appreciated.
