Expired SETUP cardiges for HP 5275

Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I bought a new HP printer that came with expired SETUP cartridges,
I bought original HP regular cartridges
and now I get the message:
"Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer"

 

I need a way to bypass this message and use regular cartridges.

 

I tried going to the support menu and searched for  OOBE reset  and did'nt find it in the menus.

Please help me find a way to bypass these defenitions

Hi,

Did you try starting up the printer with the included Setup cartridges in the box? these are not expired, but out of warranty, probably due to long storage in the store.

the first thing I tried was using the Setup catridges that came with the box and there was a message that it is out of date

 

I was advised by HP to buy new non setup cartridges because it is impossible to receive new setup cartridges

Please contact HP Support in your country  to resolve such a problem. such an issue cannot be resolved online.
