Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Received a replacement printer under warranty. Was to have a 90 day extended warranty but did not receive. Warranty expired before receiving new printer. Cannot get any help to install software in replacement printer.

To assist better -

 

  1.  May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
  2. When was the printer replaced?
  3. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
