HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

I need a live person to answer this and HP doesn't seem to have one.  After going through all online support options I can't get past the Virtual Agent .  The printer sounds and looks like it working fine, but it only produces blank pages.  It's under warranty and according to the HP support I have a "case."  Yet, nowhere does HP tell me where to go to get it repaired or replaced!   I have a printer that doesn't work and is under warranty.  Now what?

I understand the printer is printing blank pages. Perform the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

Check the ink levels, clean the ink cartridges, and print a test page to check the result.
