Hi!

HOW THE HELL HP WAS NOT ABLE TO ADD a "HARD RESET" BUTTON on its devices?

Are you absolutely NORMAL to **bleep** all people around the world loosing time and money to search one single solution: a BUTTON?

The reset button is even on the more simpliest wifi routers. and laptops.

Do you have an innovation competition? PLEASE PAY ME A lot for this SIMPLE innovation idea.

All the best for all HP employees and engineers.

I AM NOT A ROBOT.

Hi Worldpeace

Calm and measured post there, very diplomatic.

Factory Fresh reset is the F11 option, that is ESC and select F11.

A little less dramatic is the Hard Reset choice that fixes quite a few ills.

Press and Hold the PWR off button for 4 seconds to force a PWR off.
Unplug from the wall.

Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to complete the reset.

A WiFi router is not likely to have 3 years of University Life to be wiped by a button press.

On balance, and also having an Acer, which does not the magic WorldPeace solution either, you have the potential to make money twice over.

If in doubt (or need of a Patent Agent) please ask.
