FEATURE LOCKED BY PERSON WHO SET UP THE PRINTER

I am trying to change the wireless on my printer and I can't get into it because it says it is locked by the person who set up the printer and that was me and I don't have the manual for resetting it so please help me reset this unlock since I can't print wirelessly now. Thank you

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

I am also locked out of my hp office jet 6958 printer settings. I changed wifi router recently and then discovered to my horror I cannot use the printer anymore due to the settings such as restore to factory or change wifi name becuase they are locked. I have been locked out of my HP because the warranty is out maybe? How do I reset the locked settings on this printer?

please help. my kids are doing distance learning and we need it now.
