This page provides the printer’s available software and drivers.

Select your operating system before downloading
Scroll down and choose your Windows or macOS version if it doesn’t auto-detect.
This ensures you receive the correct compatible files.

Download drivers listed under “Software-Utility” or “Basic Driver”
These files will allow printing and scanning depending on the OS.
Firmware files appear only if they are officially available for your model.

If you do not see firmware on the page
This means no official firmware update is currently offered for that model.
In that case, only the listed drivers should be installed for proper operation.

Install the downloaded software and restart your printer
Run each downloaded file to complete installation.
After installation, restart both printer and computer to apply changes.
