Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer - Notified to download and install firmware update today.   Attempted several times to download and install - and get a flag that the update failed.   But no error code or any other info provided with the update failure notice - about WHY it failed.    Have no clue.
