Product: HP PageWide Managed Color MFP P77940dn

Good morning everyone.

 

I find that one of my customers has received an HP PageWide Color MFP P77940 printer inherited from another company. We find that we do not have the administrator password of the printer so we can not perform any of the settings they want. I would like to know if performing a Full Reset of this the administrator password would also be reset and would remain with the default password.

 

In case that with the Full Reset the administrator user returns to his default password, could you tell me how to perform the Full Reset on this printer?
