I have the HP Pro 8740 printer and have been issues with logging into the embedded web server. I have done a semi full reset on the printer going through the menu options & have done a partial reset on the printer. The semi full reset is supposed to do a factory reset as if I just bought the printer.

After I go through the full set up, I still see some of my old information in the Scan To Email with settings I had previously set up. If I had done a factory reset on the printer, I would not expect to see that information still in there.  Any idea how I can get wipe out the complete memory and truly do a factory reset?

My end goal is being able to login to the EWS with the default username / password and I was told doing a factory reset is the only way. I have a feeling that the factory reset is not truly wiping out everything which is why I am still having trouble.
