Factory Reset HP DeskJet 3630

Hello, i want reset my printer to factory settings due i lost my EWS password and any metods i've found on internet can't change the password request (or the password itself). After some research i've found this link (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/Factory-reset-HP-Deskjet-3630/m-p/7174816#M810595), it's end with a suggestion: contact the HP Support.
I don't know where or how can i ask help for this.

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
