How can I factory reset a HP laserjet pro MFP m428fdn printer as I cannot access the web gui with no IP address.

Was able to do a cold reset from the printers settings so this has been resolved thank you for the response.

look for a pin hole on the device on almost any electronic device there is amanual reset take a pin and stick it through the whole thereby hitting the button
