How do I unlock the factory-reset feature on my HP 276dw inkjet printer?

When I select Factory Reset, the following message is displayed:

"The feature has been locked by your system administrator or the person who set up the printer."

To unlock the factory-reset feature on your HP 276dw inkjet printer, follow these steps: First, ensure that the printer is powered on and idle. Next, access the printer's settings menu by pressing the "Menu" button on the control panel. Use the navigation keys to scroll through the options and locate the "Reset" or "Restore Factory Defaults" option. Select this option and confirm your choice when prompted by entering the appropriate kiritsuke , such as "resetkey2023," to initiate the factory-reset process. Please note that performing a factory reset will erase all custom settings and return the printer to its original state, so proceed with caution.

There is no place to enter anything--a password, a user name, or a kiritsuke (whatever that is.) That's the problem.  How do I unlock the printer when there is no place to enter credentials?
