I want the same instructions, I have tried the right arrow in the circle while starting up the printer, and the combination of arrow and cancel(X) buttons. It does not work. Please advise or I'll be forced to use the waranty to replace it.

Hey sorry for the delay, okay very long delay. I still can not reset my printer, and I can't get HP phone support to answer. I am about to do my warranty to replace it because this has been a nightmare!

hello, I'm the user [Personal Information Removed] why do you need to reset the printer to factory? Is it to change the wi-fi password for printer access to your home network? In that case, you can do this easily by pressing Wifi Default Reset. I had encountered many problems, but I solved them all. please watch my video https://youtu.be/D-lPEEuKwj4
