Officejet 4620
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I'm in need of the Factory Reset software for my Officejet 4620.  I can no longer connect to wifi after years of ownership.  The message continues to tell me that "the printer is not conected to wireless network" and "Web Services (ePrint) have been disabled.  Contact your system administrator or the person who set up the printer".  Ummm...that's me and I didn't change a thing.  Help me!!!

Hi @becky8575,

Thank you for joining HP Forums.

This is a great place to get support, find answers

I understand you need to do a reset on the printer

No worries, I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

Are you facing this issue after an update?

Let's try to reset the printer's network settings, follow the below steps to fix the issue.

1. Press the (Wireless) button, and then, using the buttons on the right, scroll to and select Wireless Settings, select Restore Defaults, and then select Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored.

2. Press the (Setup) button, and then, using the buttons on the right, scroll to and select Reports, and then select Network Configuration Page to print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.

Do get back to me as I have a few more tricks up my sleeve. Said that, if I have helped you resolve the issue.

If you like to appreciate my efforts clicking on 'Accepted as Solution'

Feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up'

Have a great day Ahead!

Cheers!
