Like it said in the subject line - resetting the printer to factory defaults isn't resetting the admin password. I inherited this printer from my friend when mine died and he upgraded his; setup went fine, but then he couldn't access the administrator functions to set up the scan-to locations and when he reset it to defaults, it still behaved as though he hadn't and kept him locked out. Any ideas? (He's techy, I'm not, so detailed responses would be super helpful as he lives an hour's drive away!)

Thanks 🙂
