How do I factory reset the DeskJet 3630 printer. I know the Wi-Fi Direct password. However I cannot change any setting through printers home page 192.168.223.1.

I do not know the user name or password.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that your want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
