Factory reset HP Color Laser MFP 178nw

After looking around we haven't been able to factory reset this machine. We want to do this because apparently the EWS isn't accepting the default admin credentials. We would like to receive a way to factory reset this machine.

I understand you would like to perform a factory reset on the printer to access the EWS page. 

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hi I am having similar issues. I have tried using the ID as admin and the WPS Pin number but not accepted.

Please could you provide factory reset instructions for the MFP 178nw
