Hi @Jalisa0953,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
To perform a factory reset on the HP LaserJet MFP M139we printer, follow these steps:
Turn off the printer:
- Make sure the printer is turned off and is in a powered-down state.
Enter the Reset Mode:
- Press and hold the Cancel button (usually marked with a red "X") and the Wireless button at the same time.
- While holding both buttons, turn the printer back on.
Wait for the Reset:
- Keep holding the buttons for about 10-20 seconds until the printer starts to reset and restarts itself.
- You may see lights flashing or a different sequence on the control panel.
Reconfigure Settings:
- Once the printer is reset, it will return to its factory default settings, and you will need to set up the wireless connection and other preferences again.
If this method doesn't work or you have any difficulties, let me know and I can try and assist you further!
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
