I need the details for factory resetting a LaserJet Pro M203dw.  There is no "Go button" as others have posted to press.  No, the power button is not the "Go button"; long pressing will power it down.

Please post the information in its entirety on resetting this printer.  Thanks so much!

Sincerely,

Steve

Hi @VP_Man,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To factory reset your HP LaserJet Pro M203dw, follow these steps:

Turn on the Printer: Make sure your printer is powered on.

Access the Control Panel: On the printer's control panel, press the "Home" button (it looks like a house icon).

Navigate to Settings: Use the arrow keys to scroll to "Setup" (the gear icon) and press OK.

Find the Reset Option: Scroll to "Service" or "Preferences" (the specific option may vary slightly), and press OK.

Select Reset: Look for "Restore Factory Defaults" or "Reset All Settings". Select this option and press OK.

Confirm Reset: You may be prompted to confirm your choice. If so, select "Yes" and press OK.

Restart the Printer: After the reset is complete, the printer may automatically restart. If it doesn’t, you can turn it off and then back on again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
