I have an OfficeJet Pro 7720 that cannot be seen by my router in either wired or wireless mode.  I would like to perform a factory reset from the front panel.  How does one do this?  

I would do it from the web interface, but since the printer cannot be seen on the network this is not an option.

I found a solution on YouTube before I received the HP response.  It is essentially the same as what was suggested from the touchscreen panel.  It has taken me to the intended end result, I can print again, although I have no idea what caused the problem in the first place.  

Next, re-enable the sleep mode between 11 PM and 7 AM and hope that when the printer wakes up it goes online.

Last, have it continue to work when using wireless instead of a wired network connection
