When I click Restore Network Settings on my HP Officejet Pro 7740 it shows "This feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer". Almost every setting has this same error-type message. How do I resolve this? I lost wifi connection and I'm trying to restore it. It seems as though a factor reset might work?

@sopranodee, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
