Hello, can anyone tell me how to do a hard reset/ factory reset on a 7500a, thanks

I'd like to help!

 

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

There’s is a problem with this as the ink error doesn’t allow me to use the printers touch screen, thanks

the screen says “  "non hp cartridges, non hp cartridges installed " . Because this is on the screen no buttons on the keypad are lit and no buttons work, I need to clear the error or over ride it, thanks

If you are using non-HP cartridges, the message cannot be overridden.

 

You may refill your cartridges or use remanufactured cartridges, but you may run into problems. HP will not guarantee the functionality of those ink cartridges.

 

There are many cartridges in the market which is refilled and sometimes the chip is not configured to work with the printer. You need to contact the cartridge manufacturer and find out why its not working. Try a different cartridge supplier and check if that works.
