HP OfficeJet Pro 8034e All-in-One Printer

Hello everyone . When I run my windows reliability and history report I keep getting this message under the failed update description below . I just purchased  a HP  8034e  when my 8710 bit the dust which is when I started getting the message below .  . I uninstalled the 8710 drivers , deleted the 8710  from  my printers , checked my new printer for software updates and it is up to date., cleaned out temp files , deleted files under my software distribution folder in windows . I also checked the device manager and there is no error under printers, ran the update troubleshooter, etc.. I usually check the  windows reliability monitor every couple days which is how I found this although printer works fine. Any thoughts why I am getting this message and how to fix this ?

"Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8024200B: HP - Printer - 20.79.1.6692.
