I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the unresolved installation of my printer under Case ID: [edited]

It is both frustrating and unacceptable that your service providers have failed to install a simple printer, despite repeated assurances. I was kept waiting the entire day on 22/07/2025 for your technician, who did not show up. Worse, there was no courtesy of a callback or any communication from your team.

Your commitment to customer service, as stated in your communications, appears to be only on paper. Over a week has passed, and the printer remains uninstalled. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and additional expenses.

If HP is unable or unwilling to fulfill its service obligations, please confirm whether I may proceed with a private technician for the installation. In such a case, I expect HP India to bear the full cost incurred due to this failure in service delivery.

Additionally, I have had to rely on a local stationery shop for printouts during this period. I request reimbursement for these expenses, as they are a direct consequence of the unresolved installation issue.

I hope to receive a prompt and sincere response that reflects HP India’s commitment to its customers.
