Fax Address Book Options for HP MFP M257 enterprise

We need to share  fax  number address book on a central location on a network share  so it can be used  by all users on the network using the  PC fax  print driver

if possible we would like it to pull the fax number address book from  the  MFP it self  or both the  MFP and the PC fax printer drive  use the same source.

we were told befor to use LDAP server  but it looks like only the MFP can use a LDAP source , the PC fax print driver only seems to use  destinations from the Windows Contact list?

Am I missing something obvious here?

I have had this issue, HP does not use the LDAP fully - its a pain
