HP Office Jet Pro 9015
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I click on the Wireless icon, I can scroll down to the Restore Network Settings icon, but it is grayed-out.  When I click on Restore Network Settings, the message I receive is "The feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer".

From the Home screen, when I click on Settings, and then click on Network Setup,  one menu item is Wireless Settings.  When I click on Wireless Settings, one menu item is Wireless Setup Wizard, which is grayed-out.  When I click on Wireless Setup Wizard , the message I receive is "The feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer".

Is there another way to reset these settings?  Thank you

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand you are getting this error on the printer screen. We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
  • In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon in the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
