I am fed up with HP. First problem was with another printer. After canceling instant ink, could not print. Had help from a very nice lady who told me it was the printer. I WAS NOT going to buy another HP but she was so nice I listened to her and bought another HP> Now, it drops off line. All the time it drops off line. Have to reboot printer, router, computer etc. Now all of a sudden the printer thinks it is a fax. On and on. Can't wait until this printer dies and I buy a Brother. Or a Sharp or anything other than an HP
