Hi all,

I have a sudden paper feed issue. A sheet feeds through from the main paper tray but as soon as it enters the feed system, it jams at the far right hand side. It's as if there is something stuck at that particular point but I cannot see anything there that could cause the blockage. What I  noticed is last roller on the right hand side doesn't revolve, while all the others do.

Is it possible to replace this roller, which I've highlighted in the attached image?

Many thanks in advance.

The 2 white rollers are on the same plastic holder that is spring loaded and it is possible to lift them together to check underneath for obstructions and you can check the rotation of each roller.

Many thanks for your reply. Although I managed to lift up the last roller (with difficulty) there doesn't appear to be anything stuck behind it. I can't see further than an inch so if there is a piece of paper stuck I'd never get to it.

Anyway, thanks for your effort.

Regards.
