Hej!

 

Jag har har en HP Photosmart 6525 och numret på min orderleverans är SCEO4233206.

 

Jag har beställt en bläckpatron och en färgpatron till min skrivare. Jag beställde de patroner som visades då jag sökte på er hemsida, och angav min skrivarmodell. För säkerhets skull gjorde jag sökningen flera gånger, och resultatet blev detsamma varje gång. Men en av de patroner jag fått hem passar inte! Det gäller den färgpatronen som kallas "Ink Cartridge No 301 C/M/Y". Hur gör jag nu?

I have an HP Photosmart 6525.

I have ordered an ink cartridge and a color cartridge for my printer. I ordered the cartridges that appeared when I was looking at your website, searching for my printer model. For safety's sake, I did the search several times, and the result was the same every time. But one of the cartridges I got doesn´t fit, it´s the color cartridge called "Ink Cartridge No 301 C / M / Y".

How do I do now? I can´t fins an email address to HP in Sweden, and the messages I got about my order is all of them "do-not-reply"-messages?

I understand you are having issues while using the new cartridge in your Photosmart 6525 printer. You mentioned in your notes that the cartridge that you are using is HP301. But when I checked, as per http://hp.care/2lMsCje I found that cartridge should be actually HP 364. Check the fig below:

 

 

 

I would suggest using the correct cartridge to try and fix the issue.

Yes, thank you very much, I understand I need a HP 364! The problem is I got the wrong result as I serached on HP website for the right cartridge for my printer. So my order was totally wrong. Now I need an email address to get in touch with the order support in Sweden, so I can return the wrong cartridge package and get the right one (or my money back, so I can go to another shop). Does HP have an email address in Sweden? When you order something online there is usually some kind of "order support" where you get help if there are any problems with your order?
