Product: HP Inkwireless 410 series
Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

How do I search for other files on HP Smart? The PRINT DOCUMENTS option only shows PDF, PHOTO & dropbox list. I cant seem to find an option to search for other files and folders.

 

I also have issues printing document from apps like WORD and other word processing apps.

What kind of file type are you trying to print using HP smart app?

 

Meanwhile:- 

Uninstall and reinstall HP smart app from your mobile.
