Hi! I've done all protocols to resolve this issue. I've restarted the printer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all the software and drivers and am still getting the same "Filter failed" message when trying to print. It looks like others are having this issue but there are no solutions being found within the forum. if someone could please help me resolve this that would be great!

The solution is to download this package which will update drivers AND THE CERTIFICATE:
ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/hp-printer-essentials-S-5_14_8_4.pkg 

 

Easy Admin did nothing. Easy Startup did nothing. 5.1 drivers did nothing. This worked for me!
