I am still unable to successfully connect my Deskjet 2720e printer to the internet after having it for 2 months.
Occasionally it will work for a few minutes then I get some error message and it's unworkable again. I have set it up from my Samsung phone but am trying to print from Lenova IdeaPad 3.
After unplugging and resetting and uploadingall functions I have just received the message Filter Failed after printing out just 3 pages. It says to check Printer. For what? Everything seems as it should.
Any suggestions? I'm recovering from major surgery and finding this incredibly stressful...

Please follow the steps listed below to restore the printer to its network defaults and then reconnect it to the network.
Step 1: Restore the printer to its network defaults.
Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button (X) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.
Step 2: Reconnect the Printer to the network:
1. Press and hold the wireless button on the printer for more than least three seconds to start the WPS Push Button method.
2. Press the WPS button on your router.
NOTE: The product begins a timer for approximately two minutes while a wireless connection is established. If the printer connects successfully, the light next to the Wireless button glows steady blue.
